By accessing or using GameRelish ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Description of Service

GameRelish is a community-driven platform where users can:

• Submit structured feedback about video games (Relish, Mustard, Wishlist, Gamebreaker)
• Vote on and explore community-submitted feedback
• Participate in discussions and engage with other gamers
• Join giveaways, tournaments, and community initiatives

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
• Accounts are limited to users aged 13 or older
• Only one account is permitted per user; duplicate accounts may be removed

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

Community Guidelines

Acceptable Use

When using GameRelish, you agree to:

• Provide constructive, honest feedback about games
• Respect other community members and their opinions
• Use appropriate language and maintain civil discourse
• Follow the GameRelish feedback taxonomy (Wishlist/Relish/Mustard/Gamebreaker)

Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Includes spam, excessive self-promotion, or off-topic material
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Promotes illegal activities or harmful behavior
• Uses profanity in titles or excessive profanity in descriptions

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create
• You grant GameRelish a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You represent that you have the right to share your content
• You remain responsible for your content and its consequences

Platform Content

• GameRelish owns the platform design, features, and branding
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer platform components
• Game information and metadata may be sourced from public databases

Moderation and Enforcement

Content Moderation

• We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content
• Moderators may soft-delete inappropriate content
• Quality content may be endorsed for community recognition
• Appeals can be submitted through platform feedback

Account Actions

For violations, we may:

• Issue warnings with explanation of policy violations
• Temporarily suspend account access
• Permanently ban accounts for severe or repeated violations
• Remove content without prior notice if necessary

Platform Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
• Critical updates will be communicated through platform announcements

No Affiliation or Endorsement

GameRelish is a third-party feedback and community platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, including but not limited to EA Sports, 2K Games, or any sports leagues such as the NCAA, NFL, or NBA. All trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

Any references to games, publishers, or sports organizations are for identification purposes only. The presence of a game on our platform does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by the game's publisher or any associated entities.

User-submitted feedback and opinions are those of individual community members and do not represent the views of game publishers, sports leagues, or GameRelish itself.

Privacy and Data

Disclaimers and Limitations
